I have been a one-person production company for some time now. People who have worked with me know that I don't really follow any particular convention, but still get a lot of things done. The key to that is really knowing the tech - not just what something does but WHY and HOW it does. With that in mind I built a full production array of gear that compliments itself in efficiency. These tools are aligned in the studio to let our operators flip the room and continue filming on tight schedules with no additional support. Here, one person can operate an 8 camera live stream with multiple audio sources and lighting effects (though we prefer to have two).

So some things might not be what you'd expect - and I'd love to tell you why if you ever want to nerd out on camera stuff.
